Our modular homes are designed to be used as an permanent house or temporally solutions for housing for students, hotel, homeless or emergency cases like housing for earthquake areas.

These unit can be stored in packages and when needed very quick assembled. It is easy transportable by 5 units in 1 container.

The SpaceCab’s are standard equipped with a wet-cell containing w.c. shower and wash basin. A standard kitchen with a two pits electric stove, table type refrigerator is also provided in the initial setup.

It is possible to stack 3 units on each other without steel framing and with framing stacking in 5 levels is possible.

The Box-Unit can be installed and integrated to each other to architects design.

All units are build to be at least 60 minutes fire resistand and build with fire retardent material.
