Birol Ernalbant, is a Naval Architect and operational since 1979 in the shipbuilding industry, worked for big companies such as Verolme Botlek  (now Verolme - DAMEN), Proteksan Istanbul (now Turquoise - Oceanco) ,  (as first inhouse yacht designer and project manager) Perini Navi, Istanbul/Viareggio, master of painting and fairing, done 12 sailing yachts with Perini Navi, where of the Maltese Falcon 87 mt – 7 years of China shipbuilding experience as newbuilding Supervisor and Owners representative for the German Shipping Cooperation between 1996-2003.

Birol Ernalbant started in 2003 with his own boat production “Holland Yachting Company” with the "Zealander Yachts" 40' / 43' IP (sold in 2005), and created later the “Dutch Yachting Company” and started own “design and build” boats concept such as the Motor Boat of the Year Awards 2011 winner "Rapsody November R-55" in 2011 and the “Rapsody R-36” award winner in 2007 and last but not least the lovely charming “Rapsody R-29” in his Building plant in Istanbul -Turkey to merchandise under the brand name “RAPSODY Yachts” owned previously by PvO - Prins van Oranje Yacht Brokers and bought in 2009 later all the rights of the  “Rapsody Yachts” brand and company from PvO - Prins van Oranje together with the field assets of “PVO Nowee”.

These days the aim is with the new trending Houseboat design is to make the world’s finest functional, safe and.... still being on a real boat (as foundation under your house on water) as we did deliver our products before and aiming again for the success as we did before with the "Rapsody November 55" and the "Rapsody R36".

We strongly believe in the concept of the Universal Hull Platform - UHP from the M-Series.

There is a professional sales organization behind us in Sneek - Friesland. 

We have two production locations, one in Lemmer - Friesland (Holland) the other one in Istanbul.

With this setup we can guarantee after sales service on all our newbuilds and of course all Rapsody Owners are welcome for servicing their boats in the most original way.

Our biggest advantage is that we know the Dutch, Italian and Turkish, Yacht building industry, their suppliers of equipment and all sub-contracting partners with whom we are working in a big network together to realize our project.

New is that we have developed a new line lobsterboats and tenderboats which we will offer soon to our customers.

We have two other locations: Respectively Antwerpen Yacht Harbour in city centre and Dintelmond Yacht Harbour nearby Willemstad.

We are back to serve you and all what we have achieved before is a promise what we can deliver tomorrow,…..of course with the support and trust of our clients.

We have always been honest and open to our clients.

It is our duty as doyen of the "Dutch Yacht Building World" to bring back the "Soul" in this branch.
